What is TONTRIA for Publishing?
Music publishing administration software for independent publishers: a catalog of works with writers and splits, registrations by society and territory, publishing deals, statements and income, conflicts and sync pitching.
Does TONTRIA register my works with the societies?
No. TONTRIA doesn't file registrations or collect royalties for you. It keeps track of where each work is registered and what's missing, so your team knows exactly what to file.
Can I import my statements?
Yes. You can upload statements or enter them by hand, and see income by work, writer, period and source. During setup we go through the formats you receive. Read our guide: How music royalties work.
How much does it cost?
We quote each publisher based on the size of the catalog and the team. Write to tontria.ai@gmail.com and we reply within 24 hours.
What does the AI do, and does it cost extra?
The AI can read a publishing contract and pull out its terms, and prepare detailed income reports. It uses AI credits that are part of your plan, set in your quote; everything else doesn't. The AI doesn't change anything without your OK.
What language is the app in?
The app is in Spanish today, with English on the way. Setup and support are in English or Spanish.
Is my data safe?
Each publisher works in its own private workspace, with roles for every person. We don't sell your data.
